Clinical Advances through Research and Information Translation (CLARITY)

CLARITY is an informal collaboration of 9 faculty members in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence and Impact.  The group is united through a common vision of evidence based health care through advancing research methods, transformative clinical research, innovative knowledge translation, and pioneering education. The mission of the CLARITY Research Group is to undertake rigorous, socially responsible research and education, and make impactful contributions towards optimizing medical practice, clinical research and health policy.

CLARITY faculty members benefit through sharing personnel resources including administrative staff, data management and statistician personnel.  The CLARITY group fosters collaboration among members, and regular meetings in which members provide continuing education for one another.  CLARITY acts effectively as a support and educational network that enhances the quality of the research and educational activities of its members.
