MPOC 2.0 – 26-034

Measure of Processes of Care (MPOC), Version 2.0

Summary

The MPOC 2.0 questionnaire is a survey designed to evaluate family-centred care in child health services. It gathers feedback from parents and caregivers about their experiences with healthcare services for their children with disabilities.

This 16-question survey asks families to reflect on their overall experience with a specific child health or rehabilitation program or service centre over the past six months. The goal is to understand how well healthcare teams communicate, collaborate, provide information, and support families as partners in their child’s care. The MPOC 2.0 helps organizations improve service quality, enhance patient and family engagement, and strengthen family-centred care practices.
