This opportunity supports a research team to conduct the quantitative data analysis using the 2024 Your Say Matters (YSM): Defence Team Well-Being Survey and examine attitudes, perceptions and experiences of Regular Force members, Primary Reserve members, and Department of National Defence Public Service personnel in the domains related to wellbeing, organizational culture, and retention.
