Description:

In partnership with the Public Health Agency of Canada and Genome Canada, ICF Ideas Lab is a pilot funding opportunity designed to encourage innovative research partnerships and projects to address global challenges related to health and wellness. Ideas Labs help to break down methodological barriers and empower participants to explore new approaches to research. SSHRC is welcoming applications from researchers to be part of stage 1: the interactive workshop. Up to 35 researchers will participate in facilitated activities before organizing themselves into multidisciplinary teams to develop and pitch innovative project ideas. Note that the funding opportunity in stage two of this project is only available to workshop participants.
