The new service takes the form of a web-based one-way posting board.  Partner organizations post their COVID-19 research interests anonymously.  Academic researchers can view the full set of postings (filterable by region) and click on the ones that interest them.  NSERC will then link the two parties off-line so that the match-up remains confidential.   Full instructions are available on the new website.
