Description:

Mitacs is temporarily increasing funding for postdocs in the Accelerate program to $75,000 per year for up to three years (up from the standard $60,000).

Eligible applicants are postdoctoral fellows at Canadian institutions conducting applied research with an approved partner (company, non-profit, municipality, or hospital). All regular Accelerate criteria apply; the only change is the higher award. The required partner contribution is $37,500 per year.
