Description:

This opportunity supports a randomized controlled trial in sub-Saharan Africa comparing STI screening to syndromic management in non-pregnant women. The study will assess the impact of screening on PID and related outcomes such as chronic pelvic pain, ectopic pregnancy, and infertility, aiming to inform the risk and cost-effectiveness of etiologic STI screening.
