Description:

The objective:

  • To examine either the financial performance of environmentally proven initiatives, or the financial or environmental performance of a new initiative, and
  • To help a municipality remove 80% of total suspended solids, or a significant amount of other contaminants (e.g., E.coli, salt, grease) from a private or public site’s stormwater runoff.

The study should also assess the initiative’s social benefits (e.g., better health for local residents, job creation, youth engagement, whether people will use it).
