This opportunity supports research related to at least two of the following six youth-identified priorities outlined in Canada’s Youth Policy to inform meaningful change that improves youth health and well-being:

• Leadership and Impact
• Health and Wellness
• Innovation, Skills, and Learning
• Employment
• Truth and Reconciliation
• Environment and Climate Action

In addition to the general pool, this opportunity also will projects relevant to the following research areas:

• Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit or Métis) Youth Health
• Two-Spirit (2S), Trans, Non-binary and/or other Gender Diverse Youth Health
• Reducing Social Inequalities in Health among Canada’s Youth
