Open to a current investigator of the CIRN, this opportunity supports the continuation of CIRN by funding coordinated, collaborative, and multidisciplinary vaccine and immunization-related research. The pan-Canadian network will continue to strengthen Canada’s research capacity, evidence base, and expertise in immunization and vaccine research, support clinical trials for vaccine-preventable diseases, and will establish structures and processes to pivot and reprioritize research activities to respond to emerging infectious public health events with actual or potential significant negative impacts to the health of people in Canada.
