Join the challenge to grow innovations and improve access to care

Are you delivering mental health and addictions services, or home and community care? Are you working on a program that increases access to care? Join the pan-Canadian Priority Health Innovation Challenge!

Many programs and quality improvement initiatives are eligible. We know that small changes can make a big difference in outcomes.

It takes just 30 minutes to register. Choose from one of 12 indicators and share your progress throughout the challenge.

Awards will be given out through the year so get your submission in soon! The final challenge award based on overall outcomes will be in October 2020. Join us in bringing more improvement to more people, that lasts.

      Application/Nomination Process:

It’s easy! Log into the challenge portal and create an account. Then complete the registration by providing information on your work. You’ll see what’s needed in terms of team composition, the provision of baseline data and regular reporting.

Please also read the official terms and conditions, available in the portal where you will find information on award opportunities.

Your team can include sites across Canada. Every team must include a patient, family or caregiver representative as well as a regulated healthcare provider.
