Description:

This funding opportunity centers on addressing Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) across all stages of life, with a comprehensive approach that considers the well-being of individuals, including Indigenous health and wellness, as well as promoting health equity. Each Team Grant will primarily emphasize one of the following Research Areas: (1) Understanding the Causes & Early Detection of CHD; (2) Exploring the Relationship between Brain Health and CHD; and (3) Enhancing Care Transitions for individuals with CHD.
