Science Exposed 2025: Submit a vibrant research image for a chance to win prizes
Organized by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), Science Exposed 2025 is now accepting submissions.
Researchers from all fields can submit one eye-catching image that showcases their research.
Any individual or group of individuals performing research in the public or private sector in Canada may enter this contest, including undergraduate students, graduate students and research professors.
Images must be submitted with a three-part text description: a catchy title, a plain-language explanation of the research presented in the image, and a description of the technique or technology used to create the image.
Submissions are due on January 28, 2025.
The individuals or groups that have the most successfully combined creativity and science will be awarded one of the many cash prizes.
Science Exposed is designed to help foster a science culture in Canada by capturing vibrant research images that showcase the work of our talented research community. These images will help the Canadian population better understand and see, through the same lens as the research community, the work that is being done behind the scenes.
